I would whole heartedly recommend Andrew to anyone wanting to learn to cycle.

Many friends and relatives had offered to teach me to ride over the years and the thought of making a fool of myself (and falling off!) horrified me.

Andrew’s calm and encouraging manner had me cycling around the park on my own within an hour!

I think he may have thought I was mad when I then asked him if I he thought I would be able to take part in a charity bike ride to Paris a few months later but he made me feel confident enough to give the training a go.

I did indeed make it to Paris in July 2022 and helped raise £13,000 for charity.

After having been convinced that I'd never be able to ride a bike, I was shocked to find that within my first hour of training, Andrew had me cycling around my driveway unaided!

3 weeks later I had a brand new bike as a gift and was whizzing around the park with my 8 and 4 year old nephews as if I had been riding all my life. Still can't believe that I have been able to master a bicycle and I'm loving every minute of cycling, I just wish I'd come across Andrew years ago, so I could have been enjoying cycling for longer.

He is a great teacher, calming, thorough and very patient and I would recommend him to anyone, no matter what age you are or how difficult you find it, I guarantee Andrew will get you pedalling.

I highly recommend Andrew for cycling lessons - in fact I've given his number to 5 people already!

I have twins who were beyond stubborn about cycling. It seemed like no matter what approach we took they were unteachable. We really wanted to have cycling as an activity to do as a family, so we called Andrew to see if he could help them overcome their fears.

I dropped them off at a local park, went for a drink and when I came back he had taught them enough that they could ride a short distance with confidence. We told him we might want to book another session, but in fact they got enough from the one lesson! We took them out 3 consecutive days post lesson and by day 4 they nailed it.

After 2 years of trying to teach them it was such a relief! We've bought bikes for ourselves and we all go out together regularly. It's a much better activity than sitting in front of Minecraft for hours.

After just one session with Cass our 5 year old now has the confidence to just get on his bike and cycle which he is doing all the time. Cass was patient and encouraging with our son explaining really clearly the tips and techniques he needed to get going. I highly recommend his lessons!

In a few sessions I could ride the bike and all I needed was extra practice to build up on my newly acquired skill.

If you are considering learning to cycle with Andrew go for it and I am sure you won't regret it for a minute. As a adult student myself I would say its never too late to learn.

Having reached my forties without learning how to ride a bike despite some "help" from my husband and son, I decided it was time for a proper lesson. Andrew was very patient and reassuring and much to my great surprise by the end of the Iesson I could actually ride a bike!

I'm looking forward to not having to hire a trike on my next trip to Center Parcs and I'd thoroughly recommend Andrew to anyone needing cycling lessons.

I have been trying to teach my 8 year old son to ride the bike for a long time, unsuccessfully...the boy was lacking confidence in his ability to do it, and I wasn’t sure how to move forward without pressing him too much...We had a problem.

We came across Andrew's website and decided to give it a try. It took Andrew one lesson to succeed where I failed. In a very sensible, patient and fun way Andrew ‘broke the ice’ and taught him the technique, and more importantly- he built his the confidence that he can do it and enjoy it.

Thanks Andrew!

Andrew’s tuition is very clear and concise. His obvious passion and experience in cycling gave me the inner confidence that I needed to tackle the busy streets of London. Andrew is also a thoroughly nice guy which also helps!
